Based in Camperdown, and reporting to the Asset Protection Manager, you will support the implementation of controls and security programs to ensure a safe and professional business environment.
- Analyse and implement security and safety procedures and systems in accordance with applicable legislation and the needs of the company.
- Support the management of security operations across retail locations.
- Mitigate risk and shrinkage in line with budgets in a retail environment.
- Perform comprehensive security audits and analysis reports.
- Support the implementation of SOPs and training to employees on loss prevention topics.
- Register report auditing, training and investigation.
- Markdown standards, evaluation and reporting.
- Store evaluations, monitoring analysis and CCTV.
- Daily banking follow up not deposited.
- Follow up logistic issues, boxes unaccounted for stock incorrectly dispatched.
- Provide leadership and support to Loss Prevention and shrinkage management tactics

**To be successful in this role, you must**:

- Have your own car
- Be willing to travel to different store locations as requested by Head Office
- Strong observation abilities
- Sharp critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and good situational awareness
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (incident report writing)
- Good risk analysis capabilities.
- Experience working in a retail industry
