This opportunity is a vital role to shape the future of how our services support our community. **The opportunity** The purpose of the Business Planning and Performance (BP&P) team is to ensure that CHW’s organisational level strategies provide clear, compelling, and aligned goals that assist CHW to maximize effort and investment and ensure CHW is ‘strategy led’ and ‘outcomes focused. The primary objective of this position is to develop, project-manage, and co-ordinate organisational processes to produce and submit organisational level strategic planning documents to a high standard. These may include (but not limited to) the annual Corporate Plan, 2040 Strategy Outcome Roadmaps, 2040 Strategy reporting framework and reporting, and the five-yearly ESC Pricing Review Submission. **About you** Safety is our No. 1 priority, and we expect you will actively contribute to and foster a 'safety first' culture that supports our aspiration of zero harm.
