**Member Success Onboarding Consultant - Welcome Team**

**Member Success Onboarding Consultant**, you will play a pivotal role in the business growth of our client's organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed assessments remotely, capturing necessary information about new members' needs and goals.
- Help new members understand the full range of products, services, pricing, and overall value proposition.
- Guide members through relevant government funding systems.
- Advocate for the use of proprietary software, encouraging members and their families to maximize its benefits.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Human Services or Healthcare.
- Proven skills in sales, onboarding, and customer service.
- Ability to complete and maintain a National Police Check in line with Age Care Quality Standards.
- Right to work in Australia.

**Desired Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Patient and understanding nature.
- Multitasking abilities and commitment to upholding company values.
