**The Opportunity**

This is a client-facing role working closely with the Director to deliver reliable, high-quality support to the Firm (and its clients) on a range Accounts Receivable matters.

**Duties and Responsibilities may include**:

- timely collection of outstanding debtors
- allocation of payments received
- resolution and/or escalation of invoice queries
- monitoring and recommending action on bad debts and escalation to legal services
- lodging and discharging security interests and maintaining relevant registers
- documenting the client engagement process and auditing relevant records
- quality control of relevant client information in the Firm’s practice management system
- end of month reporting

**About you**:

- meaningful experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm
- strong mathematical and analytical skills
- ability to work autonomously, but seek guidance where needed
- intermediate to advanced MS Office
- exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- able to self-review work and anticipate needs of stakeholders
- strong workflow management skills
