**Are you an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager? Looking for a part-time role?**

We need an energetic and approachable professional to join our rapidly growing commercial furniture and powder coating company located in Pakenham, Victoria.

**About the role**:
This is an exciting new role within a growing business that will keep you engaged and connected to people. We need a motivated and highly intuitive Human Resources Manager to take a hands-on approach to manage our internal programs as we continue to scale.

You will also work on initiatives that support our growth, including our employee branding (who are we and what makes us a great place to work), performance management strategies and reward programs for the team.

This role is part-time (2 days per week) so if you’re a returning parent to work seeking a flexible role, this is ideal.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: $60.00 - $69.99 per hour
