**_The Role_**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join our People team. Reporting to Head of People - Patties Foods, your role is responsible for developing strong functional relationships with site Operations Manager and the broader Management Team. You will lead and provide strategic direction and support to the organisation through managing HR for the Pakenham site.

Working closely with the site GM - Operations Manager, you will provide analysis, feedback and advice to the leadership team on the People implications of the Patties Pakenham site activities and any critical impacts.

Essentially it is like any other HR Operations role, but with a growing business and profitable site with growth plans. The main focus areas are detailed below.
- Overseeing site recruiting from end to end
- Managing the Employee life cycle for the site
- Fostering employee engagement
- Workforce planning
- Change Management
- Overseeing Injury management & RTW functions
- Working with the Safety Manager on employee well-being
- HR Advice to Site leadership team
- Ensuring compliance with all Industrial instruments
- Coaching line managers
- Managing Employee relations matters
