A well known and sought after Tier 2 Commercial Builder that is responsible for delivering projects across the Commercial Apartments, Office, Retail, Hotel and Aged Care sectors up to $180M.

Role

This business is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team on a newly awarded $60M Carpark and Amenities upgrade project in Doncaster for a Government client.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, reviewing and updating scopes of works
  • Assessing program claims and invoicing
  • Letting and vetting various packages
  • Overseeing and managing project budgets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Contract Administrator experience for a Tier 1-3 Commercial Headcontractor
  • Government project experience desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Cheops favorable
