**Let's talk about this role**

As the Health Products Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the successful development and execution of marketing campaigns for products, tools and services within nib's health and wellbeing offering, and for building an engaged and active base of non-PHI members.

You will work with the various centres of excellence within the Marketing & Digital team and across the wider business to develop go-to-market strategies and experiences to connect with new and existing audiences.

You are experienced in launching new products and/or businesses, with proven ability to measure efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and investment, while delivering results aligned to a marketing strategy.

You consider yourself someone who builds rapport well with a variety of stakeholders across the business with the ability to influence and manage expectations. You possess the ability to work to deadlines and deliverables and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Furthermore, we're looking for:

- Strong communication and presentation skills and high ability to influence stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Experience working in a fast-paced and cross-functional organisation
- Marketing or Business Degree qualification
