EASY SMART ENGINEERING PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to coordinate project activities, defining product specifications, developing conceptual and final design solutions, managing and coordinating project activities, supporting existing product offerings and performing our products.

**Key Job Responsibilities are**:

- To develop schedules and budgets for projects in line with engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness and performance.
- To oversee the creation of technical documents and ensure adherence to quality, budget, and schedule.
- To coordinate among the Engineers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- To determine, implement and monitor engineering strategies, policies, and plans for the work order.
- To explain and interpret plans, drawings and specifications, and providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve construction and production requirements.
- To ensure conformity with specifications and plans, and with laws, regulations and safety standards.
- To coordinate marketing, research and manufacturing managers regarding engineering aspects of new construction and product design

**What you'll need to succeed**:
At least 5 years’ experience as an Engineering Manager.

Strong leadership and project management experience.

Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and schedules.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
