We’re looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our Trade Operations team for an initial 6 month contract to create and manage operational communications and content for Grill’d restaurants and Support Office.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Trade Operations, you will be responsible for working with the Trade Operations team and key stakeholders across multiple departments to co-create, design and develop innovative and engaging communication and content across the business.

**Day to day, you will be**:

- Working closely with key stakeholders to develop high quality communication and presentation content for continuous performance improvement and restaurant engagement
- Supporting with planning and rollouts, providing an operational lens (e.g. New Product Campaigns and Marketing initiatives)
- Taking ownership of change management into restaurants (inclusive of our internal newsletter)
- Managing Workplace by Meta platform administration (daily/ weekly/ monthly management and reporting)
- Ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures, legislative requirements, and act as a role model
- Working closely with Trade Operations, Operations Teams and the wider business to ensure consistency between business focuses and communication
- Identifying and reporting opportunities for continuous improvement to key stakeholders
- Creating engaging communication, content and graphics in line with Grill’d standards and policies (basic video editing skills is a plus)

- Prior experience working in a similar communications based role where you have managed/liaised with a variety of stakeholders
- Ideally, you have or are working toward a qualification in Communications or Business Management
