**Employment Type**:Temporary Full-Time (12-month contract with the possibility of extension)

**Salary**:$73,522 - $79,931 p.a.+ superannuation + annual leave loading.

**Talent Pool**: This recruitment will also be used to create a talent pool for future ongoing and temporary roles and is valid for a period of up to 18 months.

As a Client Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking support and information—making your role essential to delivering fair and accessible justice services.

**What You’ll Do**
- As part of the Courts Service Centre team, you’ll:

- Identify client needs and help resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Escalate complex matters and collaborate with senior officers and other justice agencies.
- Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team culture in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A passion for delivering excellent client service in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in plain language.
- Adaptability to new systems, policies, and procedures across various jurisdictions.
- Comfortable working in a busy call centre environment—able to handle a large number of calls while maintaining a strong focus on quality and teamwork.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
