**About the role**

Due to growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an Employee Relations Business Partner to join the ER team. The role will entail broad range of responsibilities and the chance to advise on employment matter and associate risks, HR practices across the region, as well as assisting and guiding hiring managers and coaching them as necessary.

**This role will be based in the Northern NSW and support two regions Northern NSW & **South** West Slopes**

**As a trusted advisor to the business, you will: -**
- Advise stakeholders on matters relating to HR practices, employment and provide practical people management advice to ideally resolve issues at a local level.
- Interpret and implement HR policies, undertake an investigatory role relating to internal complaints and disciplinary issues, and partner with the Workplace Health & Safety team on employee health-related issues.
- Contribute to the wider people & culture plan
- Focus on case management of employee matters and liaise with relevant specialist teams and the business to provide appropriate and consistent advice
- Liaise and maintain a positive relationship with employee representatives
- Tertiary qualification in Employment Law, Human Resources, Employment Relations or related discipline
- Demonstrable capability in the management of employee relations case management including investigations and disciplinary matters
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes with stakeholders through effective consultancy
- Proven capability in providing timely advice, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A NDIS worker screening
