Snowflake Laundry and Linen Services, a family-owned laundry service in Collingwood, is looking for a motivated team player to join our team as a **Dual Role Delivery Driver-Laundry Attendant**. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to split your day between delivering fresh laundry to our valued clients and assisting with various tasks at our laundry facility.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Deliver and collect linen, towels, and other laundry items efficiently, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Coordinate and follow trip schedules and itineraries.
- Assist the laundry team with sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, and quality control processes.
- Anticipate and respond to customers’ queries and concerns.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of our facility and good condition of our Toyota Hi-Ace delivery vans.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A valid Victoria driver's license with a clean record and a current National Police Check.
- Full-time working rights (no student visa holders and holiday working visa).
- The physical ability to lift and manoeuvre laundry bags and other items.
- Proficient in handling repetitive tasks.
- A punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented attitude.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in delivery or laundry work is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
