**The opportunity to join our team**
- Friday. This position will suit someone who loves the industry and is keen to build a career in Enablement.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prioritisation of work to ensure critical issues are managed in a timely manner
- Work closely with business units to help deliver initiatives and support the implementation of change
- Deliver high-quality service in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Provide training to other staff and team members

**What you will bring**:

- Solid experience within financial planning
- Customer Service mindset
- Stakeholder management skills
- Problem solving skills and ability to be self sufficient
- Initiative and real eagerness to learn
- Xplan experience is essential
- RG146 compliant preferable
