**About Liquor & Gaming NSW**

Liquor & Gaming NSW administers the regulatory framework for the liquor, gaming, wagering, casino and registered clubs sectors in NSW. This includes undertaking compliance and enforcement activities, providing policy advice to government, licensing certain activities and delivering industry support and education activities.

Undertake a range of data analytics, visualisation and reporting activities to support processes based on industry leading practices and emerging technologies, to achieve optimal outcomes for the organisation’s strategic operational and business requirements.

**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or considerable equivalent relevant experience in a relevant field.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ICT strategies and services, ensuring alignment with the Department, legislative requirements, NSW Government policies and industry best practice to ensure technologies, architectures, policies and frameworks are in place to protect the organisation and shared services partner’s systems and information, and to improve operational effectiveness in the delivery of business services.
- Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources and undertake data validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy is retained when developing reports.
- Provide recommendations to improve the availability, quality, reliability and security of ICT strategies, programs and services.
- Assist in the implementation and delivery of new systems, emerging technologies and services to deliver innovative and flexible ICT solutions that achieve business requirements.
- Formulate, implement and maintain procedures relating to the Group’s data processing activities to enable continued high availability of data, maintenance and ease of day-to-day management and monitoring for reliable provision of data.
- Assist in the research, analysis and review of ICT issues to identify opportunities to improve and enhance the services for the organisation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of information and support ICT project and service delivery in line with project plans and business objectives.
