**Your new company**

Hays are proud to be partnering with one of Hobart’s largest Psychology Practices in their search for an experienced Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This practice has been servicing the Hobart community for over 30 years, and they provide a range of services from individual counselling, couples therapy, pain management, workplace meditation, medicolegal assessment and child and adolescent counselling.

**Your new role**

This role will see you being responsible for the day-to-day operational requirements for a practice with over 15 staff, you be managing duties such as rostering, staff management and development, budgeting and financial performance, service delivery, health and safety, maintaining adequate stock levels, developing relationships with new and existing clients and resolve customer complaints and concerns as required. This role has the flexibility to be full time hours or part-time, Monday to Friday 9am till 3pm for the right person.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will have managed a busy practice/office in the past and have had multiple direct reports previously, although this doesn't necessarily need to be from the health sector. A passion for providing the best possible service to patients/customers is more important with a focus on doing this in a commercially sustainable way. You'll be business minded, want to drive growth and efficiencies, yet also have the ability to work well under pressure and deal with emergency situations that may arise.
