**About the role**

We are looking for support workers to help who have industry experience, manual handling skills and the following attributes:

- We are seeking Casual Disability Support Workers, that will lead to permanent or part time, who have experience in supporting participants with intellectual support needs.
- Experience in Medical support needs.
- Ability to complete medical charts and records.
- Experience in Behaviours of Concerns.
- Experience in supporting people with communicative difficulties.
- Providing complex care and support to participant with Challenging Behaviours and ability to comply individual Behaviour Support Plan.
- Providing support around personal care, including bed bath/showering, toileting, dressing and medication administration.
- Ability to recognise and understand individual changes.
- Domestic duties for a clean and hygienic environment and workplace. Cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

**Mandatory requirement**
- Certificate III in Disability, or Individual Support or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
- Current Driver’s License (mandatory).

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check and a Working with Children Check.
