**Specialist Youth Worker - Early Intervention Program - Short-Term Contract - Based in Wallan**

We currently have a position available for a Specialist Youth Worker in our Early Intervention Program based in our Wallan office. This is a short-term contract working 2 days per week until 30/06/2025.

The role involves providing intensive support to young people around a range of issues including substance use, mental health, housing, relationships, employment/education, parenting, independent living skills, etc within a therapeutic program.

It is essential that you hold a **minimum Diploma level qualification in a relevant field** and have experience and knowledge in the youth services field, particularly outreach and case management models.
