**About the Role**:
We're looking for a **bubbly, hardworking, and reliable Wait Staff** member to join our front-of-house team This is a casual position with approximately **32 hours per week**, ideal for someone who thrives in a **fast-paced** hospitality environment and loves being part of a strong, supportive team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Provide full table service throughout the dining experience
- Explain the menu and answer customer questions with confidence
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Process payments (EFTPOS/cash)
- Maintain a clean and organised section
- Polish cutlery, clean plates, and reset tables
- Assist teammates and adapt to busy periods as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- RSA certificate (or willing to obtain it quickly)
- A friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Great multitasking and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience is great but not essential - the right attitude matters most
