About the Role:

We're looking for a bubbly, hardworking, and reliable Wait Staff member to join our front-of-house team This is a casual position with approximately 32 hours per week, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and loves being part of a strong, supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide full table service throughout the dining experience
  • Explain the menu and answer customer questions with confidence
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Process payments (EFTPOS/cash)
  • Maintain a clean and organised section
  • Polish cutlery, clean plates, and reset tables
  • Assist teammates and adapt to busy periods as needed

  • RSA certificate (or willing to obtain it quickly)
  • A friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Great multitasking and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience is great but not essential – the right attitude matters most
