Current role

Neta Care has positions open for Female Support Professionals with a range of experience and skills working with complex mental health conditions. Our clients require social support, personal care, domestic/housekeeping assistance, mental health support, and high clinical support. We have one-on-one shifts and team shifts in supported independent living environments. Shifts include short (2-4 hours), long (5-8 hours), and active and sleepover night shifts. This position is based in Toowoomba.

Required Certifications/Skills
- You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide calm responses to a range of emotional behaviours
- You will ideally have experience working with complex mental health needs
- You will need exceptional observation and written communication skills
- You will have a passion for working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- You will also need NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card, current first aid and CPR, a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Registered EN/RN's would be desirable
- Proficient in English

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.32 - $41.54 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
