Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services. Due to unprecedented growth on our QLD Children's Hospital Project in South Brisbane, we are looking for an experienced Energy Plant Operator.

Responsible for the efficient delivery of maintenance services within the Energy Plant. The role will include the requirement to follow maintenance plans; ensure performance-based maintenance services are provided as requested by the Energy Plant Supervisor. This role requires a pro-active approach to safety and promotion and support of our safety culture framework.

**The Position**
- Responsibility for all maintenance within the energy plant, including management and leadership of in-house technical resources and subcontractors.
- Ensure integrity and maintenance of data and specifications entered internal databases.
- Provide advice on maintenance and defect minimisation strategies.
- Develop an understanding of site specific management plan:

- Conduct comprehensive inspections and produce reports on nominated facilities and equipment on behalf of the Energy plant Supervisor.

**The Person**
- Experience in similar role
- Qld Electrical License
- HV Substation Awareness
- Low voltage rescue (CPR)
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- BMS training
- Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills
- Experience using QFM or similar maintenance management system.
- In line with the required legislation, a valid and current National Police check (within 3 months), and other immunisations will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
