**Job Title**

Data Quality & Compliance Manager
**Job Description Summary**

As a Data Quality & Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of lease administration data and financial reporting under the Managed Services Agreement between Cushman & Wakefield and its client. You will support the Account by reviewing and managing lease administration, data validation, accounting, and contractual services while ensuring alignment with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lease Administration & Data Integrity**
- Oversee portfolio data accuracy within the PMIS to ensure timely and reliable reporting.
- Conduct IFRS16 JDE Exception Reporting and Data Integrity Validation to maintain compliance.
- Provide proactive reporting and insights to the Service Delivery team and Contract Manager.
- Monitor and maintain lease administration performance and compliance.

**Data Management & Compliance**
- Coordinate and execute scheduled and ad-hoc data validations.
- Conduct monthly reviews of financial components and lease-related data, including:

- Rent & Outgoings
- Recoveries
- Unit & Floor Area Calculations (NLA/GLA)
- Lease Documentation & Critical Dates
- AASB16 Data Points
- Facilities Management Costs
- CPI Increases and Rent Reviews
- Identify discrepancies or gaps in lease data and collaborate with the Lease Management team for resolution.
- Ensure accurate classification and filing of lease-related documents according to naming conventions and procedures.

**Financial Review & Invoice Management**
- Track and report on invoices, approvals, coding accuracy, and compliance with financial procedures.
- Ensure timely management of Outgoings Estimates and Reconciliations.
- Provide oversight on cost allocations and financial accuracy within lease agreements.

**Background & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Lease Administration or Finance, preferably in audit or compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets.
- Advance knowledge in Excel and experience with JDE/SAP or similar Lease Administration systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Knowledge of risk-based audit methodologies, including control testing and identifying process improvements.
