**THE ROLE**

As Social Media and Community Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence through our social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging daily content, growing our audience and building our community.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Lead community engagement by interacting with tagged posts, stories, and comments.
- Respond to customer inquiries via comments and DMs, ensuring a positive brand presence.
- Seek collaboration opportunities with like-minded brands and creators.
- Coordinate and manage our ambassador program, ensuring successful partnerships.
- Create UGC-style content for organic and paid social media, ensuring it's on-brand and engaging.
- Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars and campaign creatives.
- Work with the team of content creators to deliver high quality content, as well as delivering specific social content projects independently
- Drive the social media strategy for bRaw Naturals
- Schedule and manage posts, reels, and stories across multiple social platforms.
- Support social media coverage for offline community events.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for a dedicated and creative individual who has a keen interest in the health and fitness industry. A few other things we will be looking for include;
- Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in social media marketing
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts
- Experience in engaging audiences across Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Marketing qualifications preferable but not essential

Pay: $55,166.01 - $100,990.72 per year
