Architectural Draftsperson

MAAP is an award-winning architecture & master planning studio specialising in health projects currently seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to join their talented and successful Sydney, NSW office. This is a full time opportunity with the salary range from $70,000 to $80,000.

In this role you will work closely with the Director, senior project architect and design lead to ensure the timely delivery of technical drawings and documentation packages.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience using Revit on complex, large-scale projects.
  • Experience in applying Australian Standards, Building Codes, and Legislation.
  • Demonstrated technical drawing and detailing skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in Model Management and Coordination.
  • Experience working collaboratively with external consultants and other architecture firms.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for sharing Revit Knowledge.
  • Project experience in healthcare.
  • Joinery and construction knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving ability.

Required Software Proficiency:

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, dRofus, MS Office.
