We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Governance Manager to join our team. As the Data Governance Manager, you will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive data governance program to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our organisation's data.

Responsibilities include:

- Development, administration and implementation of an organisational data governance program
- Updating, creating and implementing policies and procedures that ensure the effective governance of data throughout the organisation
- Establishing and maintaining data quality standards and ensuring they are consistently applied across the organisation. This includes identifying data quality issues, establishing data quality metrics, and implementing processes to address any issues
- Providing guidance and training to staff on data governance policies and procedures

Selection Criteria:

- Appropriate qualification in information management, data governance or a related field
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, policies, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data management practices, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data governance tools and technologies
