**The opportunity**:

- Based at our 118 Aldinga Beach Care Community, located just three minutes from the shores of Aldinga Beach. And Aldinga Central Shopping Centre is right across the road, with easy access to local amenities and transport.
- Oversee Clinical responsibilities
- Develop and mentor a team of clinicians
- Work alongside a supportive General Manager
- Take control and embed the clinical governance along with the clinical leadership team
- Contribute to the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of our residents, families & team
- Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents and their families
- Promote continuous clinical improvement & the ongoing delivery of excellence in care
- Actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards
- Deliver our purpose of ‘Bringing joy to those we care for’ to promote living a meaningful life.
