With over 30,000 Clients across ANZ, we offer business owners & their staff peace of mind. With a growing client base, we are seeking to expanding our Collections team located in our Sydney Headquarters.

This role is critical to the success of the business as you will be working with our client base to ensure that payments are collected in a timely fashion. Your ability to support the broader team through super coaching and delivering 6-star service to our client base will also add to your success.

You will need a strong attention to detail coupled with experience within a collection’s environment is required.

As a key member of our Collections team, the Collections Team Lead supports the greater Finance team's success by owning and delivering allocated accountabilities. With impeccable presentation and communication skills. You will have working experience with credit control functions, reporting, leading a team, coaching.

You will have a minimum 2 years demonstrated experience as a Collections Team Lead or Supervisor, and most importantly will be driven to exceed service levels.
