- 254588**Our client is Australia's leading network provider based in Sydney. Looking for an Employee Relations Specialist for a 6 months contract.**

**About the role: The primary role of the ER Specialist is to deliver high quality ER case management services and to support and coordinate the organisation's Employee/Industrial Relations initiatives.**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Workplace Investigations**: Conduct quality workplace investigations in accordance with clients policy and legislative frameworks.
- ** Specialist Advice**: Provide specialist ER coaching, strategy, advice and support.
- ** ER Projects**: Support and coordinate ER project work which provides people solutions for the business and assists in building capability for P&C and managers.
- ** Reporting & Analysis**: Supporting the compilation and analysis of ER metrics and trend analysis information - including case management, performance management & disciplinary statistics.

**Skills and experience**:

- 5 years ER experience in a large complex organisation
- Industrial relations experience (unions etc) essential
- HR background or exposure to HR projects/designing ER solutions.
- Experience working in construction/field type industries ideal.
- Strong stakeholder management skills deal with exco level leadership.
