Digital Marketing Coordinator

We have an opportunity for a passionate _SEO Coordinator _to join our Brand and Marketing team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will coordinate the SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimisation and key word research with the overall goal of driving traffic, bookings and sales for 6 regional websites. This is a permanent full-time position based at our global head office in beautiful Burleigh Heads, QLD _(hybrid working arrangements are available for this role)._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing, executing and analysing SEO campaigns, delivering technical, content and link acquisition strategies to increase traffic and brand visibility
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager to set clear SEO goals, KPIs and requirements to define and measure SEO performance across 6 regional websites
- Lead the diagnosis and analysis of site architecture, user experience issues and opportunities, and indexation performance
- Regular SEO technical audits and health reviews through SEMrush site audits
- Monitoring Google Search Console and coordinating resolutions with Digital Marketing Manager and Developer
- Optimising on-page content including product category pages, product detail metadata, landing pages, and identifying content opportunities that will drive search engine visibility
- Write copy across blogs, product descriptions, and overview text to ensure websites are optimised for search engines
- Driving link acquisition campaigns to grow the brands digital presence, working with the PR agency to secure follow links
- Analysing the performance of campaigns and monitoring keyword ranking to track progress and suggest data-driven improvements
- Creation, management and optimisation of Google My Business and Apple Maps listings, responding to customer reviews in a timely manner
- Keyword research and content development to continuously increase SEO traffic and performance
- Regular SEO performance reviews and reporting utilising SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Report weekly and monthly on SEO results
- Assist in monthly Digital reporting with Digital Marketing Manager
- Conduct frequent SEO audits and report on performance

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Have a tertiary qualification (or similar) in a digital marketing
- Proven track record with SEO deliverables including Keyword Research, Content Gap Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Information Architecture)
- Strong copy writing skills and SEO writing for websites and google
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other programs for measuring results
- Ability to find and communicate meaningful insights by diving into Google Analytics etc.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise own workflow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An analytical mindset
- Work efficiently either independently or as a team
- Passion and understanding of the GLL brand vision and alignment with the GLL Values
