**The Opportunity**:
As we strive to be the most customer-centric healthcare company in the world, in this role you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership and implementation, coordinating and supporting problem solving to promote intuitive solutions.

Joining our Digital & Data team within a large program of work, this role will include establishing a new team and will help team members understand Scrum theory, practices, rules and values, empowering developers and engineers to take ownership of technical quality and their design choices.

**How will I help?**

Key accountabilities include:

- Managing a cross-functional Scrum team
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, show & tells, retrospectives, and other ceremonies
- Facilitate the planning & delivery of non-technical enablers required to support the business
- Work with operational, sales, marketing & compliance teams to identify, size, prioritise & schedule the non-technical enabler roadmap
- Drive deliverables within the Scrum team
- Ensure cross-team co-ordination & support team members to create & build a high performing team
- Detect potential problems and remove impediments
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team monitor performance

**What do I need?**
- Certified Scrum Master
- 3 - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with experience setting up new teams from scratch
- Strong delivery background
- Extensive experience collaborating across multiple crafts to realise commercial outcomes
- Experience working within a customer-focussed team in Digital, Mobile or Online Services environment
- Proven success in working with and across Business and IT delivery teams to deliver valuable customer and business outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple activities and issues across numerous projects in a high paced environment
- Experience in managing technology teams & developing high performing agile teams
- Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
