**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Managing operations of a portfolio of stores.
- Understanding policies and process documents and making necessary changes as required.
- Supporting the Business Manager in new store rollouts, including design, fit-out, and operationalization.
- Managing store maintenance requests raised by store teams.
- Supporting store inventory management.
- Engaging with key stakeholders on promotional activities/campaigns and assisting with planning and administration.
- Supporting the maintenance and upkeep of store IT hardware and point of Sales devices (e.g., printers, EFTPOS terminals, store desktops).
- Entering timesheets into master timesheets for allocated stores.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty, or related industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to various store locations as needed.
- Experience in managing frontline teams (preferred).
- Experience in planning, executing and monitoring projects.
- Analytical thinking with experience in analysing financial and operations data to identify patterns and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Necessary work rights in Australia

**Benefits**

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
