Job Purpose:
Execute and coordinate import and export activities (buying and selling from affiliates) for Australia and New Zealand market.

Job Description:
- To execute purchase requirement and intercompany sales order through SAP following the correct procedure- Coordinate shipping activities: ensure that supplier and forwarder company provide the required shipping document in correct way and in time to ensure smooth delivery.- Manage direct delivery shipment from supplier directly to customer site together with appointed freight forwarder company.- Establish mutual relation with affiliates supplier and buyer to ensure punctual delivery and the correct item as per order.- Continuously working closely with appointed forwarder company to ensure delivery as promised.- Arrange delivery including managing with warehouse team on receiving the shipment.- Arrange and drive weekly call with supplier and buyer.- Discuss with IT team when facing issue with SAP/system and find more efficient solution for the current process.- Involve on import and export (sea freight) forwarder selection process.

Job Specification:
- Bachelor degree related to Engineering or Supply Chain related.- At least 3 years work experience in the related field.- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.- .Communicative for building relation with related parties - Key Requirement- Able to speak and write English in for professional purpose.- Analytical in numbers especially excel.- Independent and able to work with less supervision.- Proactive when facing issues.- Good leadership skills.
