**APS6 or EL1 Finance Officers**

**Your new company**
Working within a large federal government department delivering high priority programs and contributing to the wellbeing of Australia.

**Your new role**
You role will require you to work within a team to assist stakeholders in making decisions with sensitive projects through various financial activities;
- Have a sound Understanding of Federal Government financial reporting rules and frameworks.
- Ability to review and manage components of agencies monthly and annual reporting in CBMS to Department of Finance.
- Working toward and assisting to deliver agencies budget.
- Delivering month end financial analysis and advice whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Delivering various projects and costings including briefs and reports.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to be a self starter who has experience working within the Federal Government and have a sound understanding of financial frameworks within the government.

It is preferred you have relevant qualification being a Bachelor of Accounting and CPA or CA qualified with an active Baseline security clearance.

**What you'll get in return**
You will get an initial 12 month NOG or temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
