Our client is a well-established business with over 25 years of expertise in their field, worldwide. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent basis in Melbourne's North-West pocket of Tullamarine. This is a great role for a motivated individual seeking a diverse role and a new challenge, who is passionate in the AP field

**Position Description**
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent basis, and cement strong relationships to facilitate company growth and success. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:

- Processing high volume of invoices
- Processing local and international payment runs on a weekly basis
- Reconciliations
- Setting up new suppliers
- Building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Additional finance duties to assist accounts receivable when required

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar end to end Accounts Payable role. You will also have the following attributes:

- Superior communication skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with varying stakeholders
- High attention to detail and an ability to prioritise own work
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as collaboratively among a close knit team
- Prior experience dealing with foreign currency payment runs
