We are seeking a hands-on, personable, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team at UniResort Student Accommodation in Upper Mount Gravatt QLD.

This is a vital role which is integral to the success of the property.
- Someone who lives and breathes customer service and enjoys communicating with a variety of people.
- An organised, computer literate, admin capable, and proactive person, who can think on their feet, problem solve during high pressure situations.
- Confident, professionally presented, proud to represent our company, enjoys coaching and performance managing a diverse team, and has excellent negotiating skills.
- Someone with experience in a reception/administrative role (real estate or hotel background preferred).

As our Front of House Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

- Greeting and welcoming guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the organisation
- Open and Close of the office daily
- Addressing students queries and complaints in a professional manner, following up resolutions, performance management requirements and further feedback.
- Complying with procedures, policies and regulations
- Keeping a safe and clean reception area
- Documenting and communicating various actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Answering the telephone; taking and relaying messages; providing information to callers
- Receiving and sorting mail and packages
- Inventory of office supplies and notifying relevant person of supplies required
- Managing digital and hard-copy filing systems
- Various Database Management - Property Management Leasing
- Maintenance of Electronic Key Systems Database
- Contributing to the property management team by administrative support
- Sharing afterhours duties and emergency on-call responsibilities.
- Other such duties as required by the Property Manager.
