Are you ready to kick-start an exciting career in property management? We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Junior Property Manager. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic industry while working with an experienced team that is committed to excellence.

**Location**: South Melbourne

**Property Locations**:South Melbourne, CBD

Salary + super + incentives + car allowance

Only work a Saturday every 2-3 months

**Must have**: Current Real Estate License or Representative Certificate

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and coordinate prompt resolution.
- Assist with the preparation of lease agreements and renewals.
- Generate and analyse reports related to property performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior property managers to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to maximise profitability.
- Stay updated about market trends, property laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights.

About You:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
