**NDIS Support Worker - Melton Area**:

**About the Role**:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced **NDIS Support Workers** to join our growing team in the **Melton area**. You will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants, helping them to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide in-home and community-based support
- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility
- Support with transport to appointments, shopping, or social outings
- Encourage skill-building and independence
- Maintain clear and accurate progress notes and documentation

**About You**:

- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Respectful, patient, and culturally aware

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a disability or aged care support worker (NDIS experience preferred)
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- Valid **First Aid & CPR Certification**:

- **Driver’s License** and reliable vehicle with full insurance
- Completion of **NDIS Worker Orientation Module**:

- Australian work rights

**Desirable**:

- Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
- Manual handling or medication administration training will be advantage

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
