**Position Overview**

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with daily activities, promoting independence and well-being. Your responsibilities will vary based on individual client needs and may include:

- Personal care assistance (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Domestic support (e.g., cleaning, meal preparation, shopping)
- Transportation to appointments and community activities
- Medication prompting and support with daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients
- Assist with daily living activities tailored to individual needs
- Foster a supportive and respectful relationship with clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
- Collaborate with family members and other professionals involved in client care

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a support or care role is preferred
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar (desirable)
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination status in line with government requirements
