We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female support worker to provide one-on-one in-home support to a lovely lady, who is recovering from surgery. The role involves assisting with personal care, daily tasks, light domestic duties, and supporting her mobility and safety at home.

**Shift Details**:

- Initial support: 4-6 hours per day (flexible based on recovery and assessment)
- Days and times to be coordinated with the participant and case manager

**You must have, at a minimum**:

- Experience in disability support, aged care, or post-surgery care
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if required)
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred
- Kind, patient, and respectful attitude

Must maintain registrations and qualifications at all times:

- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation
- National Police Check
- Access to a smartphone or another device with internet access

**You must also agree to sign a confidentiality form to protect organisational and participant information.**

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
