Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female support worker to provide one-on-one in-home support to a lovely lady, who is recovering from surgery. The role involves assisting with personal care, daily tasks, light domestic duties, and supporting her mobility and safety at home.

Shift Details:

  • Initial support: 4–6 hours per day (flexible based on recovery and assessment)
  • Days and times to be coordinated with the participant and case manager

You must have, at a minimum:

  • Experience in disability support, aged care, or post-surgery care
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if required)
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred
  • Kind, patient, and respectful attitude

Must maintain registrations and qualifications at all times:

  • Completed NDIS Worker Orientation
  • National Police Check
  • Access to a smartphone or another device with internet access

You must also agree to sign a confidentiality form to protect organisational and participant information.
