Your Role
  • Promote choice and participation in clients' day-to-day routines, goals, and interests.
  • Follow behaviour support, restrictive practices and client care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
  • Encourage capacity building to enhance clients' skills (hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport, community access).
  • Provide person-centered active support and personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Be competent in computer/ IT skills and report writing.
Requirements
  • Commitment to a 24/7 rotating roster; full working rights; ability to work AM/PM and overnight shifts.
  • Regular access to a car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher.
  • Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster (mornings, afternoons, nights) including shifts as required.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check are required for successful applicants; International Police Check if previously worked/lived abroad within last 10 years.
