Role Purpose:
In this role, you will partner with our customers to support them through complex governance, risk, compliance and policy matters. This support is achieved through leading the deployment of our suite of SaaS-based solutions providing end-to-end management of projects for our Aged Care customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide content and consulting expertise to our Aged Care clients
- Build project launch plans and implementation road maps
- Facilitate Discovery, requirements documentation, and configuration and deployment our solutions to clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations and workshops, reports and proposals to customers

Skills and Experience:

- A strong technical aptitude
- You have a strong understanding of the Aged Care industry
- You have outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
- You are organised and a natural multi-tasker, being able to manage multiple projects at one time
- You are comfortable both working in a cross-functional team environment as well as autonomously
