As a **Manager, Change & Domain Operations**,**you will
- Drive the execution on key domain deliverables including the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), IPRF, preparations for key meetings, and tracking of our commitments each quarter.
- Lead the growth and uplift of the Change Management function of the Domain, as well as performing people performance and line management.
- Develop the Change Management capability by sharing knowledge within the team and across the Domain and aligning your Change Management members.
- Review Change Management plans and other Change Management documents and artefacts for key Digital Domain business outcomes and provide timely feedback to Change Management team members to uplift the Change Management capability within Digital.
- Support key NAB enterprise change management initiatives and events, where there may be change impacts for the Digital Domain.
- People leadership of Change Managers within the Digital Domain including managing the change manager engagement process (front door) and capacity planning.
- Ensure alignment of Digital Domain cadences with those of Group COO & Investment Management so key dates and deliverables are met
- Support workforce/resource planning & reporting for the Domain in collaboration with the Sub Domain Leads, Finance & HR Partners.

**What you'll bring**
- Demonstrated extensive experience working in a Senior Change Manager leading a Change Management function, and/or Program Management Operations.
- Experience creating governance and reporting materials and running governance forums
- Experience in Change Management and/or managing a Change Management team.
- Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional, agile environment and contributing to key agile ceremonies/practices.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and teams, helping shape backlog of key features, user stories and goals for squads**.**:

- Ability to measure performance and set an environment of continuous learning.
- Proven understanding of program and portfolio financials, budget management and associated governance.
- Highly effective communications skills including at Executive level.
- Demonstrated experience leading a high performing, engaged and diverse team.
