Fusion Care Services provides services to people with a disability across the Canberra region. We are looking for a few more people to join our team, in a range of roles across the Canberra, including providing support to people with disabilities in a care shared environment.

Currently we are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic reliable individual who would be interested in all types of work to further develop their skills and build strong working relationships with people with disabilities. The participants would like to have a staff member in their team who likes fitness, movies, health, food, music, shopping, sports, cooking and animals. The person should bring a positive and energetic energy when start their shift.

**A range of shifts available during the week including sleepover and weekends. Immediate start for the applicant who can do a variety of shifts and have flexibility throughout the week.**

**Immediate start**

To be successful, you will demonstrate the following:

- Medication administration trained
- Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
- ABI & working with people with Epilepsy diagnosis
- Mental health supports experience
- First Aid Certificate
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation and infection control module (or ability to attain one)
- Personal resilience along with passion and purpose
- Demonstrated care and compassion to work with our clients
- Excellent oral and written communication and comprehension skills to work with our clients to achieve their goals/outcomes
- Current Driver’s License and own transport - (Essential)

The successful applicant must have a National Police Certificate (no older than 6 months, a workers screening check/WWVP.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
