We are seeking experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering person-centred supports and ensuring the highest standard of care for individuals living with disability.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Administer medication safely and accurately, following individual care plans and documentation requirements
- Support clients to achieve their personal goals and maintain independence through tailored, person-centred support
- Assist with daily living tasks, community engagement, and social inclusion activities
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in disability support, aged care, or a related field
- Proven ability to deliver personal care and administer medication
- Commitment to providing person-centred, respectful, and professional care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications and Screening
- Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent preferred
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
