While some experience is preferred, what matters most is your drive and determination.

**Primary responsibilities include, but are not confined to**:

- Listing and selling properties
- Engaging in prospecting and cold calling
- Communicating with vendors and buyers
- Conducting open for inspections
- Coordinating with solicitors
- Implementing property marketing strategies
- Driving business development efforts

**Essential characteristics for a successful Sales Cadet**:

- Minimum 6 months in Real Estate Sales
- A current Agent's Representative certificate
- A Car & Drivers Licence
- Ambition to succeed
- Patient, positive attitude and great people skills
- Self-motivated, knowledgeable and self-disciplined

Previous experience in sales, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation abilities, will be strongly favored.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
