We are currently seeking a Medication Delivery Specialist to join our team in a Customer Service focused driving role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of pharmaceutical products to our valued customers, whilst also maintaining our excellent service standards.

While driving is a significant aspect of the job, the key focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and representing our company with professionalism and courtesy. You will primarily be making deliveries to aged care facilities across Perth, sometimes you will need to exhibit exceptional patience and empathy. Good communication skills are a must for this role.

This position will involve weekend shifts, as well as some later evening finish times.

We are ideally looking for someone to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturdays, or with availability in as much of that range as possible.

The majority of the shifts we require filled will be approx. 12-2pm start times, with an additional shift often needing to be done at 5-6pm.

We require someone who is willing to work Saturdays, with a start time of 3pm or 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficient delivery of medications to designated facilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Collecting prescriptions or medications from pharmacies or facilities as required
- Adhering strictly to established procedures and protocols, particularly regarding Schedule 8 (S8) medications
- Collection of prescriptions, returned medical items & delivery of newly dispensed medications
- Ad-hoc tasks as required (Branch transfers, stock collections etc)

Essential Requirements:

- Must have consistent availability that fits the listed criteria
- Track record of providing excellent customer service
- Physically fit and capable
- Be an excellent communicator and be a fluent English speaker
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency
- Proven track record of safe driving practices
- Police clearance check
- COVID Vaccinations completed (Minimum of the initial 2 vaccinations)
- Influenza Vaccine

- Delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
