Freo Fire Services, a proudly Western Australian-owned and operated company based in Myaree, is on the lookout for dynamic and dedicated Wet Fire Technician to join our Maintenance team.

Established in 2012, Freo Fire Services boasts a thriving full-time team of 40 staff across all divisions of our business. We are thrilled to offer the opportunity for reliable and committed individual to join our team.

Role Highlights:
As a Wet Fire Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role within our dynamic Maintenance division. Your key responsibilities encompass:
Ø Inspect, test and maintain wet fire systems on a wide variety of commercial sites.

Ø Supervise and provide on-site mentorship to other fire technicians.

Ø Collaborate with Project Management to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects to our clients.

Ø Provide technical knowledge to assist with quotations.

Ø Proficiently read, interpret, and comprehend construction plans and project deliverables.

Ø Address and repair identified faults in the fire system directly on-site.

Ø Foster and sustain professional relationships with fellow on-site contractors and personnel.

Ø Previous experience in the fire industry is essential

Ø Experience with Uptick is desirable

Ø Certificate III in Fire Protection (Sprinkler Fitter) desirable

Ø Valid Driver’s Licence, WA issued preferred but not essential

Ø Construction White Card

Ø Open Cablers Licence, preferred but not essential

Ø EWP/Boom tickets are highly desirable

Ø When requested, willingness to undertake and pass a Medical Assessment with our partner provider

Ø Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance
