**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Sales Assistant **to join our valued
Bedshed team. Passionate about customer service, we are looking for a conscientious team member who can contribute to the overall success of the store.

In this role you will be determining customer’s needs and managing their expectations through high quality service and expert product knowledge. This involves listening closely and understanding their questions, sourcing appropriate stock (in store or via delivery) and closing the point of sale with a satisfied customer.

You will also work on maintaining store presentation, including updating, rotating and ticketing stock, to ensure ease of access for customers and optimum sales at all times

This role is responsible for all aspects of retail sales and customer service, including merchandising, point of sale, securing ETAs from suppliers, payment processes, booking deliveries and reliable follow up.

Flexibility with availability and working hours is essential as some evenings, weekend and public holiday work will be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $69,999.00 per year
